iPhone Application Development

Background

Our client was an electronic product supplier in education industry in the United Kingdom. They wanted to outsource an education application on iPhone to help high school and college students to prepare their examinations. Their previous e-product is pocket PC that installed an application with different level courses. And they planned to transfer the previous pocket PC application to the most popular iPhone platform with the multi-touch interface and also promote the existed functionalities.

Solution

Our iPhone application development team designed and created user-friendly, modem, and eye catch application interface. In coding section we used Objective-C language and xCode, which is a multi-facetted development tool used to develop both Mac and iPhone applications, to develop the application. The critical issue was verifying that the slides look good and smooth on screen. To improve the reading feeling we added the vision function of landscape view and zooming support. Our team also promoted the existed functionalities in the previous pocket PC application. The updated and new functionalities were more suitable for the iPhone platform. Finally, our iPhone development team delivered a stable and flexible application with high quality reading experience and smooth slides animation.
