Our team has the rich experiences in different working Methodology. Moreover, during provide services to our global clients, we conclude our own methods and work processes. The core methodology is “Take the advantage of web technology to bring maximum value to clients”. Therefore, whether in the business model or the project management, we take this methodology as the standard to measure how we should work.

In the business model, we discuss with clients concerning on using time and material model or fixed price model, even or other unique ways.

In project management model, we need to have the deep understanding of clients’ requirements, and negotiate what kind of management system should implement, then set up the proposal at the beginning of project.

In the Development process, we explain the advantage and disadvantage of CMM and Agile models, and according to the specific situation and project, we will accompany with our clients to analysis the development methodologies together, and in the development process, periodically review and adjust will be given.

In the Quality management, we will see how to ensure the quality that clients required from work processes, software testing and variety perspectives. The Comprehensive quality program, will form the guidelines at the beginning of project, and take as the part of UAT criteria for clients.

Our working methodology, strive to achieve the greatest degree of openness and transparency, we know that the more client understand the methodology, the less project risk rise in future.
