During our quality activities, we do control the "Perfectionist" desire, analysis client's requirements from the practical perspecrive, and with this view, we hope to achieve the "the real perfect-oriented"

 

We understand that: Business Objective decides Quality Objective. The ultimate goal of improving software quality is to meet the needs of customers. It does not mean to create the perfect product, but to meet client's satisfaction, moreover, control the increased cost into the budget limitation.

 

We are focus on continuous process improvement, and make the efforts to prevent the work defects that generated by the results, set up the high-quality Consciousness into the whole development processes. The key measurements are "constantly improve technology, continuously Heighten standardization levels", that is "Software process improvement"

 

In a specific project, we carry out the systematic quality control and regularly identify and eliminate defects. The common method is technology assessment, software testing and process check:

 

-  Functional quality factors: correctness, robustness, reliability

-  Non-functional quality factors: performance, usage, clarity, security, scalability, compatibility and portability

2.   Quality Goals

Business Objective decide Quality Objective. Through the quality factor analysis and detailed client's discussion, a clear quality goals can be defined.

 

3.   Personnel And Duties

-    All the involved staffs are responsible for quality

-    The appointed quality person has the following specialized functions: make quality programs; responsible for inspecting and monitoring; involve in the assessment, testing and process improvements.

 

4.   Process Inspection Program

Review and audit software products and related activities, which to verify whether it is compliant with the established rules and standards, and to report the assessment and audit results to related person.

 

5.   Software Testing Plan

Testing is the key activity to assure software quality. From the requirement analysis stage, software test plan and test program must be defined necessarily. Then compile test cases, execute test and submit test report finally.

 

7.   Defect Tracking Tool

It helps project member record and track defects. The common features of Defect Tracking Tool are as following: Query defect, Add defect, Modify defect, Deletion, Defect classification chart, defect trends and Email. Addition, the common used presses: mantis, mantis, bugzilla, clearquest and Jira.
