Success of American E-commerce Website Development Project

Through two months’ hard work, once again, Techome China Java team successfully completed their task to develop an E-commerce website for an American customer on time.

The purpose of the ecommerce website is to provide a transaction platform for shoppers and vendors. Transactions such as add and update products can be easily made by both shoppers and vendors on the website.

The website is designed to be in accordance with J2EE specification. The whole system is divided into three tiers. The presentation tier adopts struts framework to apply MVC design pattern, and the second tier is BO layer which encapsulates business logic. Between the BO layer and database, DAO layer adopts iBatis framework to implement data persistence. Furthermore, we used MySQL as the database to reduce cost.
