A bank needed a web portal that includes the following functions: HR management, staff payroll management, attendance management, department management, IT management, facility management, and more. The system is strictly used for internal uses. RayooTech team developed the system using J2EE, Struts, VM, WebSphere, and Java. This is a transparent project, where the development team works closely with the bank administrators.

To ensure quality, efficiency, and flexibility of the project, Techome team decided on using agile as development method. Our version of agile development method includes: A product backlog that lists priority tasks and important web portal requirements; a demo includes basic functionalities and customer feedback; sprint for three to four weeks of testing; team training; close communication and cooperation our client; and document development progress.
