In order to increase tourists, a local traveling firm hired Techome engineers to create a web portal about their town. The town’s people should be able to sale and trade homemade products on the website. The portal should include a user’s module, data center, and various communication tools.

 

The user module contains guest manager, member manager, and special member manager. The guest manager is for travelers who intends on visiting the town or buy town’s good. Member manager is for town people only. Special member manager is for town people who have products to sell. The data center includes a photo gallery, video library, and town people’s own personal blog. Communication tools such as emails, web instant messenger, and forum were part of the portal.

 

Techome team also created skins related to the town, so each user can choose the skins they prefer. Our engineers used the following technology to complete this project: SharePoint, Web 2.0, MySQL, and JavaScript.
